Current residents are aged between 20-30. They enjoy accessing the community and relaxing in their rooms. The vacant room would be suited to a male of a similar age with an intellectual disability.

Our Kellyville property is a cluster of group homes with 24/7 live-in support in a quiet neighbourhood, close to local shops and parks. These homes have been designed for people who require high levels of physical support through care, equipment and home modifications. There are highly trained Registered Nurses on site at all times ensuring residents have the support they need to access the community and maintain quality of life.

Each single-storey house has five large bedrooms, all with built in cupboards. The homes have spacious living areas and large, accessible bathrooms with specialist equipment intstalled. Each house has a large garage with storage cupboards and well maintained gardens with outdoor living areas for relaxing. The shared spaces are fully furnished, but bedroom furniture will need to be provided.

On offer is a private/ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, storage for personal equipment, window, built-in robe, heating.

We have two bedrooms available in this truly homey share house in residential Stanhope Gardens, Western Sydney. The supported home is wheelchair accessible and close to local shopping centres. The house has a covered outdoor entertainment area, a small garden, and spacious shared kitchen and living areas.

The house is fully furnished, however vacant bedrooms are not. Current residents are two females with intellectual disabilities.

Two vacancies in modern, spacious, five bedroom group homes in Wentworthville

Our Wentworthville group homes are fully accessible for those with high and complex needs. Based in a quiet suburban neighbourhood, the decor is modern, the home is spacious, clean and full of natural light. The gardens and outdoor living areas are peaceful and well maintained. There are three homes, with five bedrooms in each. All have have 24 hour live-in support.

Current residents enjoy relaxing in the gardens, watching television and attending day programs and activities.

Residents will need to supply their own furniture for bedrooms. The rest of the home is furnished.

Our Parramatta based new-build apartments are clean, comfortable and accessible, close to local parks, community centres, aquatics centre and the Central Gardens Wildlife Park.  Local supermarkets are close by for residents’ weekly shopping trip.

Apartments have the option for live-in support, or drop-in support where increased independence is desired. Residents have access to an Achieve Australia managed vehicle and driving support, and the bus is nearby if public transport is required. While bedroom furnishings would need to be provided by the new resident, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The current resident is a female who enjoys going for walks and park outings. The vacancy would be suited to another female between the ages of 30 and 60 years. They will need to be able to climb two flights of stairs in situations where the lift is unavailable.

Crowle Estate was the first medium-density development in NSW to achieve the Liveable Housing Platinum Certification. It was also recognised in 2015 by the Australasian Housing Institute for innovation. This apartment complex pioneered the distribution of accessible apartments throughout the community, encouraging social inclusion for people with disability.

Our current vacancies are in a brand-new, purpose-built apartments designed to support people require high-level of physical supports through home modifications and 24/7 access to on site support staff. Each unit has an accessible bathroom and kitchen, as well as assistive technology for more independent living if desired.

Alongside its accessible design, the estate enriches the lives of residents through proximity to local community and services, easy access to public transport and its inclusive community atmosphere.

This cosy townhouse is located on a quiet street in the Western Sydney suburb of Asquith. The group home has a large accessible bathroom and 24-hour supports available. Residents share a kitchen and living area and have access to the garden and small outdoor living area on the balcony. All three bedrooms are currently vacant.

The home is a four minute walk to the nearest bus station and a short distance from the local Asquith shopping centre.
