1. By applying to Achieve My Dream, Applicants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  2. If an application does not comply with these terms and conditions, it will be ruled invalid and withdrawn from consideration.
  3. To be eligible to apply to Achieve My Dream, applicants must be a Participant of Achieve Australia.
  4. Applications must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on the closing date. Any applications submitted after the due date will not be accepted.
  5. If the Applicant is legally not of age or of sound mind, a Guardian is able to accept the Terms and Conditions and submit an application on the Applicant’s behalf.
  6. By submitting an application, Applicants warrant that the information contained in their application is, to the best of their knowledge, truthful and accurate. The Information collected from the application will only be used for Achieve My Dream program purposes.
  7. There is only one application form, and this covers applications to be a recipient of the Achieve My Dream
  8. A panel of Achieve Australia Employees including Achieve Australia executives will decide the successful applicant.
  9. Both successful and unsuccessful Applicants will be contacted upon the panel’s decision.
  10. Unsuccessful applications will be kept and included in a merit pool of applications to be chosen at quarterly rounds of Achieve My Dream program selection stages throughout the year.
  11. The ultimate decision of the successful Applicant of the Achieve My Dream program is at the sole discretion of Achieve Australia’s Achieve My Dream
  12. The Achieve Australia Achieve My Dream panel may consult with internal and external experts in their determination of a successful Applicant. Applicants may be contacted by the panel directly for the purpose of application assessment, validation and due diligence.
  13. Achieve Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of applications and to disqualify any application that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  14. In considering an application, Achieve Australia may vary the level of funding offered to the successful Applicant at its sole discretion.
  15. Applicants shall not do or say anything or cause anyone to do or say anything that may prejudice or be detrimental to, or cause damage to, the name and reputation of Achieve Australia or the Achieve My Dream
  16. Achieve Australia has permission to use and share information provided by the Applicant to external providers, where necessary, in order to grant an Achieve My Dream
  17. Applicants agree that if their application is successful, Achieve Australia may promote and report on the Applicant with the Applicant’s consent and in agreement with Achieve Australia’s Privacy Policy. Achieve My Dream partners may request to use photos and quotes from Applicants which, if provided by the Applicant, may be used by the project partner for their own marketing and promotional purposes.
  18. The Achieve My Dream offer will be advised at the time that any Applicant is deemed successful and will be advised in a letter of offer.
  19. The Achieve My Dream panel may, in consultation with internal and external experts, deem that the Applicant’s dream is beyond their medical, behavioural, social or cultural capabilities and make appropriate changes to the Applicant’s dream to suit their capability.


  1. Participant –  means a person who is a participant in the National Disability Insurance Scheme launch
  2. Guardian – means the legally appointed Guardian of the participant in the National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch
