Mariana: "When I first started at Achieve, I was a little nervous. I didn't have a lot of experience working with people with disabilities, but I quickly learned that it's all about treating people with kindness, respect, and empathy. Our clients are some of the most hardworking and determined people I've ever met, and it's an honor to be able to support them on their journey."

Mariana: "What I love about Achieve is that we're more than just a service provider. We're a community. We work together, learn from each other, and support each other. It's like having a second family."

Mariana: "Every day at Achieve is different, and that's what keeps things interesting. Some days I'm working one-on-one with clients, helping them develop new skills or achieve personal goals. Other days I'm leading group activities, like cooking classes or art projects. No matter what I'm doing, I always feel fulfilled and grateful to be a part of this amazing organization."
