16th Annual Achieve Golf Day

16th Annual Achieve Golf Day

The generosity of supporters raised nearly $60,000 to expand our much-needed nursing services

It is a little-known fact that not all nursing services for people with disability are covered by NDIS funding. Regardless, Achieve Australia continues to provide a variety of health and wellbeing services – including those delivered by Registered Nurses – to people we support based on need alone.

Once again, Achieve Australia was delighted to invite supporters to the biggest fundraising event in our calendar. This year the 16th Annual Golf Day was held at the Monash Country Club on Thursday, 26 October. We have been delighted with the outcome of the event, raising just under $60,000 towards funding an expansion of our much-needed nursing services.

Thanks to the wonderful contributions of our supporters, and the generosity of the players and our Corporate Sponsors, the Golf Day has raised a total of more than $510,000 since its inception 16 years ago. All of these contributions have gone towards a variety of projects which further enabled Achieve to support people with disability to live extraordinary lives.
